New route serving downtown KCMO and Village West starts Sept. 28

(Kansas City, Mo. - September 23, 2008) The long-anticipated return of Sunday bus service in Wyandotte County, Kan., began operating on Sept. 28. The Unified Government Transit (UGT) and Kansas City Area Transportation (KCATA) jointly launched the new #101-Minnesota/State Ave. route for operation between downtown Kansas City, Mo., and Village West seven days a week.
